D. Approve project to complete the crawl space work on the Old Village Hall for a total cost of $11,939.06.
E. Presentation and proposal for expanding camera coverage in downtown Colfax area from Harrison to Grove Streets on Main Street and adjoining areas.

13. Executive Session to consider appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, dismissal of village employees and pending litigation pursuant to Section 2(C)(11) of the Illinois Open Meetings Act.
