11. New Business:

A.  Discussion and Approval of Ordinance No. 2025-16, An Ordinance Approving and Authorizing the Execution of a Professional Services Agreement for the First Amendment to the Colfax Business Development District No. 1 By and Between the Village of Colfax, McLean County, Illinois and Jacob & Klein, LTD. and The Economic Development Group, LTD.

B.   Review of the Proposed 2025-2026 Property Tax Levy for the Village of Colfax, McLean County, Illinois.

C.   Authorization to pay the bond payment to Atlanta National Bank in the amount of $39,034.38.

D.  Authorization to renew the insurance coverage with IML Risk Management Association for 2026 in the amount of $25,518.17.

E.   Discussion regarding Ordinance No. 2007-03, Amending Section 4.01, 4.03, Section 4.04 and 4.06 of Chapter 4, Municipal Purchasing of the Municipal Code of the Village of Colfax, McLean County, Illinois.
