Review of typical weekly schedule for patrol officers with notation of lack of coverage. 7. Discussion of possible police car replacement in the future. 8. Review of Lexipol policies and implications to Village of Colfax Police Department. 9. Discussion of possible hiring of another police officer and training involved. 10. Authorization for purchases exceeding $250. 11. Executive Session to consider appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, dismissal of village employees and pending litigation pursuant to Section 2(C)(11) of Illinois Open Meeting Act. 12.
