Those with expiring terms are Mayor Larry Dodds, Trustee Carol Stephenson, Trustee Rick Norton and Trustee Charles Morefield. Notice of Public Hearing for Village of Colfax, McLean County, Illinois Proposed Business Development District No. 1. 6:00 p.m.; September 23, 2024 at the Colfax Village Hall. Special Meeting of the Village of Colfax Board of Trustees following the Public Hearing on September 23, 2024. Discussion about alley between East North and East Cooper Streets (running along Stauffer and Hartness properties). Discussion of fencing in the Village of Colfax dumpster for better control and monitoring. Initial discussion about allowing the purchase of an alley that borders property and ends there. 12.
