Authorize Larry Dodds, Mayor, to sign the five-year loan from Peoples State Bank of Colfax in the amount of $54,225.00 at an interest rate of 4% for the purchase of the 2022 Ford F-250 maintenance truck. 11. NEW BUSINESS: A. Authorize hourly increase for recent graduates of the Police Academy (Adrian Corely, Christopher Creech, Justin Givens) from $18.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour, retroactive to November 14, 2022. (per discussion at Police & Liquor Committee Meeting on July 20, 2022) 12. PUBLIC COMMENTS-ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA- 5 minute limit per person. 13.
