Authorize payment of the entire premium of $24,121.35 for the 2023 insurance coverage by IML Risk Management Association and the $150.00 for the annual membership dues with the Illinois Municipal League (IML); combined the total is $24,271.35. We save $487.30 by paying early and not paying in December 2022 and May 2023. B. Authorize a bond payment in the amount of $36,228.13 to Atlanta National Bank. C. Approve the employment of a part-time patrol candidate, Tanya Pearce, for $18.00 per hour. Training will begin November 12, 2022. D. Review of Proposed Tax Levy for 2022-2023. (Final adoption in December 2022) E. Preliminary discussion about rezoning related to land purchased by Ridgeview CUSD #19. F.
