Discussion and approval of contract for $5,400.00 for Farnsworth Group to conduct a Limited Wastewater Infrastructure Assessment in an effort to improve operation of sewer system and reduce flooding. B. Discussion and approval of the proposal for Engineering Services by Farnsworth Group related to providing Construction Services during the Dualator Media Replacement Project at a cost of $15,000.00. C. Discussion and approval of an Agreement for Professional Services Combined Hourly Charges in connection with the Colfax Elevated Water Storage Tank Rehabilitation Project at a cost of $41,500. D. Approval of the First Request for Payment to G.A. Rich & Sons in the amount of $23, 959.80 for the Dualator Media Replacement Project. E. Discussion and approval of Ordinance No. 2022-07, An Ordinance Rescinding and Replacing Ordinance No. 2022-03 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Colfax, McLean County, Illinois. F. Preliminary discussion of the need of a zoning ordinance and building permits for solar energy systems, on rooftop or ground installation. G.
