11.  Old Business:

A.  Review and Approval of 2025-2026 Tax Levy for the Village of Colfax, McLean County, Illinois.

B.   Consideration and Approval of Ordinance 2025-17, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 4 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Colfax, McLean County, Illinois Regarding Municipal Purchasing.

C.   Continued discussion concerning four charging stations for the Village of Colfax via a federal grant facilitated by McLean County Board of Supervisors (with answers to questions raised earlier).

12. New Business:

A.  Review and Approval of Intergovernmental Agreement for Cost Sharing of Nitrification Testing Equipment with the Village of Anchor.

B.   Approval of the purchase of SL250 Single-Port Portable Parallel Analyzer (PPA) to comply with IEPS requirements at a cost of $2,892.00 (1/2 to be paid by Village of Anchor).

C.   Discussion of the recommendation of the Water and Sewer Committee regarding water and sewer rate increases and the addition of infrastructure fees for water and sewer and an increase of the monthly storm water fee.
