1.    Call to Order.

2.    Pledge of Allegiance.

3.    Review the current fiscal years revenue and appropriations with actual expenditures to determine if our current fees for each are significant.

4.    Reports on various ongoing projects:

A.   Town mapping

B.    Water tower and Dualator maintenance

C.    Sewer plant assessment of pumps and use of bacteria

D.   Lift station updates and revisiting need for auxiliary pump

E.    Storm water improvements-particularly on Center & Olive

F.     Fire hydrants upgrades

G.   Replacement of non-functioning water meters

5.    Report on response to IEPA inspection.

6.    Review of infrastructure improvements and capital projects over the next five years:

A.   Projects outlined in Farnsworth Water & Wastewater Infrastructure Assessments. Please see the attachments of project recommendations and estimated budgeting costs for the water and wastewater infrastructure assessments proposed by Farnsworth Group

B.    Projects resulting from the cleaning and televising of the sewer system in 2023

C.    Lining the ditch through town with rip rap

7.    Discuss a plan for generating funds for short-term emergency needs and long-term projects including the consideration of instituting infrastructure fees for water and sewer in order to implement proper and required improvements.
