A. Presentation by Nadia Klekamp related to placement of naloxone vending machine in the Colfax Village Hall through April 2027 with the right to renew as needed; possible motion to follow.
B. Continuation of discussion about parking in downtown area (i.e., Center Street with three businesses) and in residential area.
β’ Two-hour parking on west side of Center 6:00 a.m. β 8:00 p.m.
β’ Twenty-minute parking on east side.
β’ No parking by vehicles towing trailers or similar attached units (blocks access to cross the street) on any spots on Center Street.
β’ Speed limit on Sunset Drive.
β’ Other thoughts?
C. Sharing details and having discussion about expanding the Business
Development District.
11. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Consideration and appointment of Charles Mueller to the Zoning
Board of Appeals.
B. Approval of the closure of Main Street from Brook Street to Center Street
for set-up and concert from 2:00 p.m. -midnight on Saturday, August 9, 2025.
C. Review of the Sludge Sonar Report for Village of Colfax sewage lagoon.
D. Controlling traffic on alley between Harrison and Brook Streets, next to
Methodist Church.
E. Discussion about alleys in general; some alleys are not used, others are.
Do we try to access more of the unused or continue with current
arrangements?
F. Review of Village of Colfax rules and procedures related to garbage, large items, technology, landscape waste and leaves due to abuse or inappropriate use of the service.
G. Discussion regarding the sale of Village owned real estate at 305 E. Cooper Street.

13. Executive Session to consider appointment, employment, compensation,
discipline, performance, dismissal of village employees and pending
