B. Consideration of revisions of Ordinance No. 2022-04, An Ordinance Amending Chapter 12 of the Municipal Code of the Village of Colfax, McLean County, Illinois Regarding Nuisances.
C. Authorize Sponsorship of �Zoo Lady� at Good Ole Days on August 4-5, 2023.
D. Approve Beitz Trucking, Inc to complete the demolition of the property at 305 E. Cooper Street for $2,000 with the Village providing the dumpsters.
E. Approve the engineering contract with Farnsworth Group to develop bid specifications for Cleaning & Televising the sanitary sewers and manhole inspection for the Village of Colfax.
F. Authorize Mayor Larry Dodds to approve an expenditure of up to $5,000 for pursuing legal options by the McLean County Mayors Association to oppose the efforts of the Central Illinois Regional Airport Authority to include taxing the rural areas outside Bloomington/Normal jurisdiction.
