A. Discussion and approval of the 2023-2024 Appropriation Ordinance for the Village of Colfax, McLean County, Illinois

A. Approval of the contract with Russell Leigh and Associates, LLC to complete the annual audit for the Village of Colfax Fiscal Year 2022-2023 at a cost not to exceed $6,000.
B. Approval of the May 2023-April 2024 Board of Trustees Meeting Schedule.
C. Preliminary review of Summer 2023 street and alley resurfacing projects.
D. Approve donation of $250 to Show Bus Public Transportation for 2023.
E. Approval of Village-wide Yard Sales sponsored by United Methodist Church on June 3, 2023.
F. Discussion and approval of Ordinance No. 2023-01, “A Resolution Opposing the Proposition to Expand the Funding Base of the Central Illinois Regional Airport Authority to Include McLean County and the Village of Colfax.”
G. Discussion about issuing bids for the demolition project at 305 E. Cooper Street.
H. Initial discussion with potential developer for Village of Colfax.
