A. Authorize Larry Dodds, Mayor, to sign the five-year loan from Peoples State Bank of Colfax in the amount of $54,225.00 at an interest rate of 4% for the purchase of the 2022 Ford F-250 maintenance truck.
11. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Authorize hourly increase for recent graduates of the Police Academy (Adrian Corely, Christopher Creech, Justin Givens) from $18.00 per hour to $21.00 per hour, retroactive to November 14, 2022. (per discussion at Police & Liquor Committee Meeting on July 20, 2022)
12. PUBLIC COMMENTS-ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA- 5 minute limit
per person.
13. Executive Session to consider appointment, employment, compensation,
discipline, performance, dismissal of village employees and pending
litigation pursuant to Section 2(C)(11) of the Illinois Open Meeting Act.
