A. Authorize payment of the entire premium of $24,121.35 for the 2023 insurance coverage by IML Risk Management Association and the $150.00 for the annual membership dues with the Illinois Municipal League (IML); combined the total is $24,271.35. We save $487.30 by paying early and not paying in December 2022 and May 2023.
B. Authorize a bond payment in the amount of $36,228.13 to Atlanta National Bank.
C. Approve the employment of a part-time patrol candidate, Tanya Pearce, for $18.00 per hour. Training will begin November 12, 2022.
D. Review of Proposed Tax Levy for 2022-2023. (Final adoption in December 2022)
E. Preliminary discussion about rezoning related to land purchased by Ridgeview CUSD #19.
F. Approval of upgrade to outdoor warning sirens to permit county to activate sirens remotely. (EMA expenditure)
12. PUBLIC COMMENTS-ITEMS NOT ON THE AGENDA- 5 minute limit
per person.
13. Executive Session to consider appointment, employment, compensation,
discipline, performance, dismissal of village employees and pending
litigation pursuant to Section 2(C)(11) of the Illinois Open Meeting Act.
