A. Approval to Accept the Proposal to Furnish Materials and Approval of Award (BLR12330) to McLean County Asphalt for the Summer of 2022 street resurfacing project in the amount of $53,337.

A. Discussion about establishing fees associated with registration of video gaming terminals.
B. Approval of Ordinance No. 2022-06, An Ordinance Authorizing An Intergovernmental Agreement By and Between the Municipalities of McLean County for Mutual Aid.
C. Authorization to sign the McLean County ARPA agreement with attachments A & B in order to receive the distribution of funds received by McLean County via the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. (First Reading)
