B. Review and any suggested additions or changes for Basic Guidelines for Hiring Employees of the Village of Colfax.

11. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Presentation about creation of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) District in Colfax by Gwen Crawford, Economic Development Group, Ltd.
B. Correspondence received from Illinois Municipal League Risk Management Association (RMA) related to insurance renewal and increased coverage changes for 2022. (Note: Alternate proposal from Compass Insurance to be presented on November 8, 2021 meeting. Final action on 2022 insurance carrier at that meeting)
C. Designating Halloween Trick or Treat for Village of Colfax to be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Halloween night, Sunday, October 31, 2021.

13. Executive Session to consider appointment, employment, compensation,
discipline, performance, dismissal of village employees and pending
